The Child Care Success Company is committed to bolstering the health and stability of the child care industry by empowering owners and providers to achieve success. We know that far too many ECE leaders give up on their dream because of staffing issues, ineffective marketing, or financial difficulties. Through tried-and-true methods and personalized coaching, we want to give educators the tools and confidence they need to succeed and thrive.

Since 2008, we have assisted hundreds of programs in transitioning from survival mode to thriving businesses, ensuring they remain open and prosperous no matter what the economy, the government, or the market throws at them. Not only have our clients survived recessions, staffing shortages, and much more, but they are thriving through these difficulties and making a difference in their communities. 

We work side-by-side with child care owners and managers to attract and retain clients and maximize cash flow, which enhances the experience for families and teachers. We want every school to be able to pay their teachers better and offer the best possible experience for every child in their community. 

When CCSC began in 2008, we had the goal of affecting the lives of one million children enrolled in the programs we support by providing training to improve business growth, mindset, and expert hiring. We reached this goal in 2023, and our now pushing forward to make an even greater difference for more child care programs and the families they provide for.
