Our Mission and Our Team
The Child Care Success Company is proud to contribute to the health and stability of the child care industry, by helping owners and providers be more successful. In many cases, we have helped programs remain open and shift from survival mode to a thriving, full business. Part of our mission is to help you, the child care owner or manager, be more successful in attracting and retaining clients, and maximizing cash flow. This results in a better experience for families and teachers, and most of all, a successful early learning experience for young children. But most importantly, part of our mission is to positively impact the lives of over 1.5 million children that are in the care of programs that we serve.
What this means to you, is that we are very focused on anything and everything that works for a business that serves children and families. Because our focus is very narrow, what you get with CCSC is no-nonsense, undiluted expertise on what works for child care owners and leaders. We are experts at this stuff and that’s why our clients, groups and customers get great results (and we throw in a healthy dose of compassion, humor and encouragement, which ALWAYS helps!).
