Jake & Leann attended their first Summit in 2017, with only 20 children enrolled at their school and struggling to pay their bills. That year they made the leap and joined the Academy, and today their school is at full capacity, they have the money to go on vacation, and are opening a second location.

When Jamarrion joined the Academy, she had financial success but was lacking leadership skills, leading to high staff turnover. It wasn’t until she took the Leadership Mastery Course that she realized she needed to work on herself as a leader and has since seen a tremendous positive shift in her staff and culture as a result.

With a unique business model that caters to children with special medical needs, Judy went into the business with a big heart but quickly found herself on the verge of bankruptcy, with only 11 kids enrolled out of a capacity of 60. Within eight months of implementing the business best practices that she learned in the Academy, her enrollment soared to 44 kids.

After dealing with licensing violations and enrollment difficulties for years, in January of 2019 Zack and Chantel were ready to quit. But after an accidental meeting drew them to join the Academy, they started to work the systems and saw their business totally transform. As of January 2022, they will be at full capacity and have just transitioned to working from home part of the week.

Caprice owned an in-home child care program for years that was often successful. But as soon as her numbers grew, she'd get overhwelmed and the program would shrink again. Caprice shut down for four months during the pandemic. She rethought this decision after attending the 2020 virtual Summit and was the first person to join the newly-formed Academy Launch track.Today she's in the process of negotiating a lease for her first building.

Joan is the executive director of a non-profit ECE agency in New Jersey that, as of four years ago, couldn't keep good staff. On top of this, Joan wasn't taking care of herself and her marriage and health were suffering. After joining the Academy in 2018, Joan threw herself into working the systems and this year her company is bringing in a revenue of 1.6 million. But more importantly, her staff is now full of A and B players and she was recently able to afford health insurance for everyone.
