This constant change of information makes communicating with your staff quickly get out of control, leaving you and your staff feeling unorganized and left out of the loop

You must consistently offer excellent customer service and quality child care to keep your clients feeling happy and connected to your preschool. You can’t just “rest easy” now that they’ve enrolled, or families will continue to sneak out the back door.
