Jake & Leann attended their first Summit in 2017, with only 20 children enrolled at their school and struggling to pay their bills. That year they made the leap and joined the Academy, and today their school is at full capacity, they have the money to go on vacation, and are opening a second location.
When Jamarrion joined the Academy, she had financial success but was lacking leadership skills, leading to high staff turnover. It wasn’t until she took the Leadership Mastery Course that she realized she needed to work on herself as a leader and has since seen a tremendous positive shift in her staff and culture as a result.
With a unique business model that caters to children with special medical needs, Judy went into the business with a big heart but quickly found herself on the verge of bankruptcy, with only 11 kids enrolled out of a capacity of 60. Within eight months of implementing the business best practices that she learned in the Academy, her enrollment soared to 44 kids.

Before joining the Academy, Marcia’s school was nearly full but she wasn’t tracking. Once she discovered how vital tracking metrics are and put the systems in place, she was able to add an extra $100,000 a year in revenue and raise her rates by 10% (and no families left when she did)!
Kym owns a Spanish immersion school and has been in the industry since 1992. When she attended her first Summit, she was $90,000 in credit card debt and struggling. Today, Kym is debt free, has $120,000 in the bank, and has the highest enrollment she has ever had.
