Elisabeth Miller brings a strong background in administrative support, customer service, and operational excellence to her role as Executive Assistant to the CEO at the Child Care Success Company. A proud graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University with a focus in business, Elisabeth began her career in the restaurant and flooring industries before stepping into a pivotal five-year role as an Administrative Assistant to a Senior Manager at a Fortune 500 national life insurance company. There, she helped serve and protect families across the country and discovered her passion for creating meaningful impact through organization, communication, and service.

Her professional journey is marked by steady growth—rising from recruiter to appointment setter and ultimately to administrative assistant. Elisabeth is driven by a deep commitment to helping others and finds great fulfillment in supporting the mission of CCSC, where her work contributes to improving the lives of over one million children. She’s especially passionate about helping child care leaders reduce the stress of administrative overwhelm, so they can focus on what matters most: nurturing the children in their care.

What Elisabeth loves most about being part of the CCSC team is the ability to learn something new every day while working alongside passionate, purpose-driven people who are making a real difference in the world of early childhood education.

Originally from Chalmette, Louisiana, Elisabeth now lives in Covington with her husband, Michael. After relocating in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, she developed a strong sense of resilience and a deep appreciation for community—values that still guide her today.

Outside of work, Elisabeth is a self-proclaimed book lover who now devours a new novel every month (a far cry from her younger self who once hated reading!). She’s a huge fan of fantasy films and has watched the entire Harry Potter series over 100 times. At home, life revolves around cooking Italian food, curling up with a romance novel, and spending time with her three beloved cats—Wednesday, Harry, and Kiki. Her favorite place to be? Anywhere with her husband, whether they’re in the garden, in the kitchen, or soaking up the sun together.
