Jamie has two decades of diverse experience in the field of education as a classroom teacher and administrator, non-profit leader, and charter school operational leader. Jamie began her career spending 5 years in the classroom as an elementary school teacher at a charter school in South Florida. During that time, she took every opportunity to become more involved in her school community, becoming grade level chair, founding a student peer leadership organization, and leading professional development sessions for fellow teachers in the region.

After leaving the classroom, Jamie transitioned to her work in leadership spending 5 years as Principal of a very well-established private school. During her time as Principal, Jamie led the school through reaccreditation with its governing body and was instrumental in adding the first ever high school program. Jamie has also directed federally funded grant programs; that through her leadership, have delivered educational, and professional resources to hundreds of young adults.

Later in her career, Jamie then transitioned to leading charter school operations at Franklin Academy, a six-school charter organization in South Florida, where she led all school operations. During her time as DSO, Jamie was instrumental in increasing enrollment, grant management, fiscal operations, and capital projects.

Jamie holds a BA from Florida Atlantic University in Sociology and an M.S. in Education from Nova Southeastern University and is currently working on her Doctorate in Organizational Management.

When she’s not working or spending time with her family, Jamie enjoys cooking, going to the beach, and watching her favorite shows.

Jamie is extremely excited to serve in such a pivotal role for The Childcare Success Company and looks forward to developing partnerships, enhancing processes and procedures, and exceeding expectations for years to come!
