Child Care Business Coach
Rachel Supalla is a Child Care Business Coach for the Child Care Success Company and brings over 23 years of child care experience. She is a multi-site child care center owner and founded Discovery KidZone in 2009. She partnered with Alix Hall in 2017, and together they own three brands and nine child care centers in two states and continue to grow. Rachel has her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Administration. Rachel and her business have achieved many awards, including 2020 Innovative Business of the Year.
Rachel has developed an early childhood curriculum for infants through school age. She has a passion for mentoring and coaching fellow business leaders and teachers in the ECE field and does so through speaking, presenting, and training not only in her home state but also on a national stage. She is a local ECE advocate and has written and been awarded multiple grants.
In 2019, Rachel became a member of the Child Care Success Academy and joined the Freedom level, and shortly after upgraded to the Empire level. The Academy members and coaches quickly became family to her and she truly feels like she has finally found her tribe. She accredits the Academy for helping her take her business to the next level.
Rachel is privileged to be a part of the Child Care Success Academy coaching team and is happy to work for a company that truly cares about their people and practices what they preach. She is elated to have the opportunity to coach and mentor Academy members and hopes to inspire them to take advantage of the tools and resources that their membership provides them with to strengthen their company culture and help them become the provider and employer of choice in their area!
Originally from California, Rachel and her husband (who is her high school sweetheart and the love of her life) currently live in Montana with their four children. Together they moved to Montana to raise their children in a smaller and safer town, and Rachel laid down her ECE business grassroots there when she opened a preschool in their basement for their children. When her basement preschool quickly took off and pushed her husband into quitting his job to help run the business and care for their children, Rachel made it one of her dreams to give him the gift of early retirement. During her free time, Rachel loves to travel and explore different places and cultures, cooking, entertaining, camping, and boating with her family.
