Meet Your Host, Jennifer Conner

Jennifer Conner began her ECE journey in 2006 when the right opportunity fell in her lap, a move she describes as life-changing. Initially struggling, she found success after attending the Child Care Success Summit in 2012. Under Kris Murray’s mentorship, she grew her business and eventually joined her team as a coach. She soon transitioned into CCSC’s Director of Coaching in 2019 and then CEO in 2023. By delegating effectively and getting systems and processes in place, she fostered a strong team culture, allowing her to work remotely from a beach in Mexico. Jennifer has since exited her ECE business, leaving a lasting legacy by selling her centers to her Executive Director. She now focuses her energy on coaching child care owners to empower them and experience the same life-changing transformations that she did.
