Tammy Lee England is the a trainer and Academy Concierge at The Child Care Success Company. She attended Cumberland University and received her degree in Elementary Education and Special Education. She also has her CDA from Vol State. Tammy taught for 29 years in various classrooms, especially enjoying pre-k, being a mentor teacher, lead teacher, kindergarten intervention specialist, assistant director, curriculum implementation specialist. Tammy loves that through her work with CCSC that she is able to do the things that she is passionate about – mentoring, lifting others up, and helping people succeed. 

Tammy has two grown children, 2 cats, and a house rabbit. She currently resides in Nashville, TN where she serves on a local community theatre board while overseeing their children’s theatre program. She enjoys acting, directing, and teaching in her spare time.
