Tasha Santistevan is a Child Care Business Coach for The Child Care Success Company. She has 27 years of experience in the child care industry. She began teaching preschool at Child Time Inc. in 1994 and fell in love with the company because of its dedication to high-quality childcare. She went on to become a Center Director for the next 9 years. This was one of her favorite jobs! She loved building an amazing team, promoting thriving school-family relationships, and doubling student enrollment.

Her journey into this field began because of a love for children. However, she soon found that she had a passion for training and mentoring teachers. That passion eventually grew into helping Directors become effective ECE leaders, rather than managers. Tasha has served as the Executive Program Director at Child Time Inc. since 2007. Having several of her teachers promoted to Director and Regional Director positions, has been one of the most rewarding aspects of her career.

In 2016, Tasha attended her first Child Care Success Company event. Soon after Child Time Inc. joined the academy. After years of attending mediocre conferences & trainings for ECE professionals, Tasha felt that Childcare Success Company was a Godsend! She loves that members are constantly pushing themselves and each other to grow. Her favorite thing about being part of the Childcare Success Academy is the community! She has gained many mentors and lasting friendships.

Tasha lives in Salt Lake City Utah. She has been married to Mark, her high school sweetheart, for 28 years. They have 5 amazing sons that they are very proud of. She loves being a mother and spending time with her family! She enjoys watching her boys play hockey, mountain biking, hiking, and road trips. Tasha is a self-proclaimed personal development junkie and strongly believes in the power of setting goals.
