Taurean Casey is an experienced digital marketer with over a decade of expertise in email strategy, automation, and CRM management. He’s worked with small businesses, nonprofits, and purpose-driven organizations to streamline communication and drive engagement through thoughtful, data-informed campaigns. His specialty lies in building systems that are both high-performing and human-centered—designed to feel as personal as they are powerful.

He’s passionate about helping child care owners feel supported, confident, and connected—especially those who often feel like they’re doing it all alone. He finds great fulfillment in contributing to a team that’s making a real difference in the lives of business owners, their staff, and the families they serve.

Professionally, Taurean takes pride in living out his calling as a marketer—doing meaningful work he’s known was his path from the very beginning. One of his most memorable career moments came while working at Rocawear, Jay-Z’s clothing brand, where he once found himself in an unexpected (but very fun) debate with Jay-Z about who was the better basketball player: Kobe or LeBron.

Taurean currently lives in New Jersey, but grew up in the Bronx, New York. While he once couldn’t imagine leaving the city, he now enjoys the quieter pace and space of suburban life. He’s a proud husband and father to two amazing kids, Zoey and Zander—the “Z” theme wasn’t fully planned, but they rolled with it! In his free time, Taurean loves immersing himself in music, especially 70s soul, jazz, R&B, gospel, and international sounds. If he ever finds the time, he’d love to learn how to DJ.
