Meet Your Trainer, CCSA Coach Ashley Varouhas
Ashley Varouhas is a Child Care Success Coach with over a decade of experience in early childhood education. She holds a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, and a graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis. Her journey began as an elementary teacher, evolving into administrative roles, including Head of School and Center Director for a Fortune 500 company.
Recognizing the need for enhanced support in early childhood education, Ashley founded an education consulting company. Her path eventually led her to Alvin Ayusa, owner of Just 4 Kids Preschool, where she initially handled recruiting but quickly advanced to Vice President of Operations. In this role, she oversees three school sites, ensuring a commitment to excellence and quality education while providing leadership teams with industry best practices for confident school management.
