Customer Care Manager
Diane Henderson (known as Dee with CCSC) is the Customer Care Manager at The Child Care Success Company™. She brings over 25 years of office management experience to the table, with a diverse resume that includes working in the hotel industry as a human resources manager, serving on the Board of Directors for a homeowner’s association, and working on a team to manage a park in the Roaring Fork Valley while working closely with the schools and local sports teams. She has also and worked in a few veterinary clinics as well as a bird-rescue organization.
Diane also had the opportunity to work in a preschool in the 1-3 year old classroom when her kids were in elementary school. It was a very rewarding yet challenging job and from it she understands the issues that a preschool has to deal with while simultaneously providing and loving and safe environment for all their kids. She is ready to tackle any customer care needs thrown her way and hopes her assistance will provide our customers with a positive experience to put them in the best mindset to transform their businesses. Diane is thankful to have met such a dedicated leader as Kris Murray and is happy to be a part of a team that is passionately working together and proud to help CCSC carry out their mission of positively impacting one million children through their work.
Diane currently resides in Glenwood Springs, Colorado with her husband and dog. She enjoys being outside hiking with her dog, fishing with her husband, and spending time with her two college kids when they are around. In the winter months she can be found skiing and snowshoeing.
